Care instructions: Keep out of direct sunlight, away from a heat/light source and from humid rooms. Clean with hairdryer with cold function or damp cloth. Avoid touching the rose petals as they do break easily.

If your item arrives damaged, please email us at info@xqsit.co.uk with your full name and an attached photo of the damage as this has to be reported to the courier straight away.

 

If you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept exchange or refund, provided it is returned to us in resallable condition within 14 days of delivery.

 

1. Email us at info@xqsit.co.uk stating the reason for your return and your preference as to whether you'd like a refund or exchange. 

 

2. Pack the item ideally in the same box with same padding that it arrived in. Add a note with your name and order number inside the box. Please note that damaged/lost items won't be accepted therefore courier with insurance/signed for is recommended.

 

3. Return to XQSIT LIMITED, Unit 5, Martinbridge Trading Estate, Lincold Road, Enfield, EN1 1SP. 

 

4. Once returned item is received and in satisfactory condition, refund or exchange will be processed within 5 working days
